Frank Boeren
Deputy Director of Oxfam’s South America Regional Office
Boeren has over 25 years of experience in crop technology, land use and natural resource management in Andean and Amazonian landscapes, as well as five years in Bangladesh. He has worked on the frontline of humanitarian responses in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Peru and Bolivia as well as disaster risk reduction programs. Since 2005, he has been working on Oxfam's climate change program in South America.
