Green Building Codified

This session will provide an overview of the new 2010 California Green Building Standards Code (CALGreen), which goes into effect in January,2011. CALGreen, the first-in-the-nation statewide green building standards code, is designed to reduce the impact new buildings have on human health
and the environment while increasing the efficiency with which buildings and their sites use energy, water, other natural resources and materials.
