Peter Fagen

As a founding partner, and the Managing Partner, of Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost, LLP, Mr. Fagen works from both the Los Angeles and San Diego area offices. He has demonstrated success as a lawyer, administrator, and leader. Mr. Fagen offers a balance of expertise in the areas of board-superintendent relations, labor, personnel, special education, students, property acquisition/eminent domain, redevelopment, CEQA, construction and related litigation.
