Green Valley Initiative

What is GVI?

The Green Valley Initiative is a regional business and economic development initiative to promote investment in Riverside and San Bernardino counties and to establish the region as a leader in green and clean technologies. Its mission: to create jobs, greater opportunities and a higher quality of life in the Inland Empire.

Who is involved?

More than 500 key leaders from throughout the dual-county area are contributing to the initiative, representing county and city government, water and utility agencies, businesses and business organizations, colleges, universities and school districts, environmental groups and the community-at-large. GVI has been formally endorsed by both counties and more than 40 cities and other agencies in the region.
