The Division of the State Architect (DSA) is a part of the Department of General Services (DGS), which by law has central overall responsibility, duties, functions, and powers related to design and construction in state government. The mission of DSA is to ensure quality, cost effective and timely planning, design and construction of facilities for client agencies, and to perform regulatory and other related services as requested.
